Fascinated by media, Lauren moved to LA and worked below the line for the hit tv show Grey’s Anatomy. She later produced commercials, short indie films and sold her first movie to Mark Whalberg's production company. Even though television writing is her passion she challenged herself by creating/producing an Off-Broadway play in NYC. Sexuality, power, death & spiritual transformation are the overarching themes explored through various mediums of her work.  

Lauren  has extensive experience in the spiritual world having completed two Vipassanas, a 5 day dark retreat, ayahuasca, plant medicine ceremonies, yin yoga teacher certification and a deep dive into Kundalini Yoga studying under the late Guru Jagat. She spent her 20’s living between LA and NYC (East Village!) and her early 30’s in Bali.  She currently resides in Austin and is one of those people who has seen and experienced….a lot. She loves mysticism, quantum physics, taboo things, comedy and teaching others how to find and transmute personal stories into art that can impact and inspire.
