There are some usual (conscious and subconscious) culprits that get in the way of a vision that wants to be expressed these culprits fit into two categories:

Problems in the seen realm related to a project can manifest as: Lack of clarity on next steps, lack of time, feeling creatively “blocked”, feelings of overwhelm, distraction, chaos from other aspects of life making creation impossible.
I’ve learned that in order to solve for the seen problems, usually there is work to be done in the unseen realm related to removing:
Imposter syndrome, anxiety/low self esteem, limiting beliefs, generational trauma, negative self talk and fear - these aspects are all rooted in the subconscious mind, which means often we’re not even conscious these are the programs actually running the show, making it impossible for creation to happen or projects to birth.
Am I A Therapist?
Nope. Nor do I pretend to be ( although I provide a safe space for you to comfortably share it all). Think of me as a muse of sorts or a cosmic hiking guide who’s that’s next to you on the trail. My purpose is to see what’s in you that needs to birth and to help you identify/ transmute whatever is blocking that process, all while energizing, encouraging and inspiring you. Spotting the genius in you is easy…now how do we create a safe space with tons of inspiration and momentum to get it out?
