ETHOS

Your ideas and your story are important, and I’m here to help translate them into tangible works of art that reflect your essence and pov on the world. Transformation on a personal level is common here, as well

When we think about artists, we tend to have a limited perception of what that is and who gets to call themselves one. We tend to reserve that term for those who have already “made it” not daring to claim the identity in totality within ourselves.

Anytime we deny ourselves the ability to express ourselves and our truth we move away from harmony, creating separation.

The painting is an exploration of polarity striving for unity created by abstract artist and mystic, Hilma AF Klint, who was completely unknown (until she wasn’t) and then became the predecessor of the most famous abstract artists in history.

| PRINCIPLES |

  1. Everyone who chooses to do so can be an artist.

  2. Artists take in all that has happened, everything wonderful, everything painful, everything we have observed and absorbed both consciously and unconsciously.

  3. Artists have the absolute courage to transmute all that has happened and been observed.

  4. Writing is one way an artist can express themselves, the act of exploring central ideas through character, structure and dialogue is a deep process that weaves memory, metaphor and concept into something profoundly relevant and alive.
